Gavin's 4th Birthday!

Today we celebrated Gavin's 4th birthday!
We played pin the eye patch on the pirate.

All of the kids received swords for swashbuckling.

Captain Ammon lead the treasure hunt.

X did indeed mark the spot!

Sunday Mornings

Try as I might I don't get to church on time as often as I'd like.

Watching Mommy put on her make-up was far too interesting.

Last Sunday we were late because it took Emi a while to put on her pretties.

Sidewalk chalk is still my favorite medium for indoor destruction.

Cleans up like a dream.

Dad Day-Preschool

Gavin's class had a "Doughnuts for Dads" party!

Dads were honored with doughnuts, fishing, foam monster creations, and building blocks. When Ammon picks Gavin up from school he takes an hour to play on the playground with Gavin and his friends. They run around playing hide and seek, tag, swinging and climbing. When Ammon shows up at the school the kids literally cheer "YEAH!! IT'S GAVIN'S DAD!!!"

Our New Year's Eve was a Blast!

We had a lazer tag battle with a couple of friends to ring in the New Year.

Chrissy was strangely speedy, Sam was fairly stealth, Dan was a master hider and Lori...fell down some stairs. Good friends and good times! Welome 2010!!
